Information of Ayurved Mahavidyalaya

In order to bridge the gap between the ever increasing demands of Ayurved personnel in rural areas and wide spread chronical  diseases and problems, the Trust established Ayurved College and Shri Eknath Hospital in 1999. The college has all the   specialized Ayurved departments as stipulated by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi (CCIM).

The College is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik .

College has well equipped departments of Sanskrit Samhita Sidhant, Rachana Sharir, Kriya Sharir, Dravyaguna, Rasa Shastra  &B.K, Rognidan, Drayaguna, Rasshastra &B.K, Swasthvritta, Agad Tantra & Vidhi Ayurved , Prasuti Tantra & Striroga, Kaumar  Bhritya ,Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalkya Tantra. The college has a modern Panchakarma department fulfulling all essential   requirements.

Adequate Ayurved Laboratory facilities are provided for training of undergraduate and to undertake research. College also  provides extension OPD services to nearby villages, which are also attended by the students and interns under supervision of  senior staff. College has a teaching hospital, Shri Eknath Rugnalaya, with all specialties of Ayurved Treatment.Routine and specialized diagnostic procedures including advanced panchakarma treatments are undertaken.

To emerge as college of excellence in continuous pursuit of quality by providing globally competent higher level education of   Ayurveda and to evolve accordingly to the changing news of time with focus to serve especially rural society.

To promote and facilitate development in the field of Ayurveda as well as holistic Indian medicine.

To facilitate the provisions of Ayurveda education, training research and extension activities in every health care level i.e.   Primary, Secondary & Tertiary

To serve the rural people with regards to panchakarma therapy especially poor and down trodden.
