In order to bridge the gap between the ever increasing demands of Ayurved personnel in rural areas and wide spread chronical diseases and problems, the Trust established Ayurved College and Shri Eknath Hospital in 1999. The college has all the specialized Ayurved departments as stipulated by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi (CCIM) .
The College is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik .
College has well equipped departments of Sanskrit Samhita Sidhant, Rachana Sharir, Kriya Sharir, Dravyaguna, Rasa Shastra & B.K, Rognidan, Drayaguna, Rasshastra & B.K, Swasthvritta, Agad Tantra & Vidhi Ayurved , Prasuti Tantra & Striroga, Kaumar Bhritya, Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalkya Tantra. The college has a modern Panchakarma department fulfulling all essential requirements.
Adequate Ayurved Laboratory facilities are provided for training of undergraduate and to undertake research. College also provides extension OPD services to nearby villages, which are also attended by the students and interns under supervision of senior staff. College also provides exetnsion OPD services to nearby villages, which are attended by students and interns under supervision of senior staff. College has a teaching hospital, Shri Eknath Rugnalaya, with all specialties of Ayurved Treatment. Routine and specialized diagnostic procedures including advanced panchakarma treatments are undertaken.

The college offers BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery course, an undergraduate course, recognised by Govt of Maharashtra and Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi from the academic year 1999-2000.

The students of this Ayurved College are benefited with both high technological Ayurved education as well as simultaneous exposure to the rural population through community based training. Extensive preclinical and clinical training is imparted to the students at Ayuved College & Hospital as well at its well at its well equipped peripheral clinical wings.
